While all care is taken, The Tech Neighbour is not liable for data loss or pre-existing hardware issues. It is the client's responsibility to ensure important files are backed up. If we cannot find the root cause of your issue, or provide a clear path forward to fix it, there is no charge. Your privacy is respected, and no personal data or passwords are stored.
